Terms & Conditions-Tourorent

The rates include insurance, unlimited mileage, third party liability CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) and TP (Theft Protection).
All cars are equipped audio systems.
Minimum rental period is 24 hours. Rental day starts from pick up of the car. Should the car be returned later than 1 hour after due time, another full day is to be charged.

For renting the car the Renter should present the following documents:
• Valid passport
• Driving license
• Credit card (VISA or Master Card).
The credit card is needed to authorize the deductible sum 500 USD (unconditional excess).

Deductible (unconditional excess)

• Excess per section A: USD 150.0 per each vehicle and per each accident. In case of hijacking: 5% if anti-theft device fitted (AMD equivalent calculated at Central Bank exchange rate at the day of the accident).
• Excess per section B: USD 50.0 per each person/accident.
• Excess per section Additional cover: USD 10.0

Terms & Conditions - EET

Rental days are based on 24 hours and
Minimum rental period is one day (24 hours)
Rental day starts from the pick up of the car
You must present valid documents (passport, driving license, acceptable method of payment)
Minimum allowed age is 21
Minimum driving experience is 1 year
Car reservation must be confirmed by rental agreement signed upon your arrival
Driving out of limits of Armenia and Nagorno Karabagh is prohibited
Vehicles are provided with full tank and required to be returned full
20% value added tax applies to all rates and services
All cars are insured (full insurance including driver's and passengers' lives)
Driver's service is available for additional fee
EET representatives will meet you at the airport through VIP service in case of preliminary arrangement and additional payment
Delivery of the car must be requested in advance
You may change or cancel your reservation at no extra cost up to departure
If you are late in returning the car you must pay an additional charge at the hourly rate stated in the rental agreement
