The procedure of foreign citizens' entry to the Nagorno Karabakh Republic

1. The entry of foreign citizens to the Nagorno Karabakh Republic is allowed on the availability of valid foreign passports or other documents replacing them, an entrance visa of NKR, with the payment of corresponding state customs.
2. The NKR entrance visas are granted to foreign citizens by the NKR Permanent Mission to the Republic of Armenia. In exceptional cases, the entrance visa can be granted at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of NKR in Stepanakert.
3. All the representatives of foreign countries, on receiving visas and arriving in NKR, are registered at the NKR Ministry of Foreign Affairs for defining the term of their stay and concrete travel routes in the territory of NKR.
4. Persons, avoiding the registration at the NKR Ministry of Foreign Affairs, are considered violators of the regime of foreign citizens' stay in the NKR territory, and they must be immediately expelled from the NKR territory, with the confiscation of the film-photo-video materials and any printed or informational production.
5. The term of granting visas, and the rate of public customs:

TERM OF VISA REGISTRATION AND RATE OF STATE CUSTOMS

Short-term visa for 5 days - 4000 AMD
Tourist's visa for 21 days - 7000 AMD
3000 AMD IS CHARGED FOR REGISTRATION OF TRANSIT, TOURIST VISAS
The ordinary registration of documents 5 working days
(1$=360 AMD)

URGENT VISA REGISTRATION

• In three days additional 75%
• In one day additional 100%

Pay your attention to the fact that the Consular Service of the NKR Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Consular Service of the Permanent Mission to the Republic of Armenia and Artsakhbank are not working on Sunday and Saturday. So, we ask you to solve the problem with NKR entrance visa in advance.
